The Summer Foundation Ltd is not able to implement all of these strategies in isolation. We utilise a range of strategies to influence health, empowering people with a disability, raising awareness, housing and disability services policy and practice related to this target group including: research, Informing and connecting families and collaborating with and organizing stakeholders. We collaborate with other organisations, government, people with disabilities and their families to achieve this aim.
