Conley beginning opened its doors in 2013 as a ashamed cafe in the heart of Blackburn. To produce a destination for dining locally without having to venture out into the city for a good dining experience, Conley recently underwent renovations and transformed into a beautiful setting with magnificent new and tasteful menu offerings. Made in Australia, Stone grill is a unique and interactive dining experience where your meals are served cooking at the table on 400 degree heated automatic volcanic stones. Because of the high temperature of the Stone grill method, the meal cooks faster without adding oil or fats and locks in the natural flavors and nutrients which makes it one of the healthiest and tastiest methods of cooking that enables the customers to appreciate their meal freshly cooked to their own personal liking. It is a merriment and delicious way to appreciate your meals and the gregarious staff at Conley is perpetual anxious to simplify the concept of Stone grill and advise you on any of the menu options.

Wagyu beef is categorized as mono unsaturated fats, which means it’s well and has minimal impact in enhancing cholesterol levels. The starters where absolutely divine, Tuna crostini fennel, tapenade and Balsamic eggplant topped with prosciutto a sincere treat for the pallet. Cooking on a stone grill is something you must do, stout free and delicious. The beef to die for as was the salmon.For dessert we had the Tiramisu all I can say is Yum.
