Since September 200 we have operated insignificant group day tours to Melbourne’s iconic day tour destinations, showing our customers some huge sights and more importantly some immense times. We have maintained a smaller group size in order to ensure our tours are provided in a manner that is both interactive and engaging. We maintain our vehicles to the maximum standards and all of our vehicles are clearly signed with Go West Tours logos to ensure guests can easily identify our vehicles at departure points. Our major tour spiels have been professionally translated and recorded, and through the use of our specially configured iPod, tour information is delivered in a discreet and timely manner. Our customers who do not have English as a beginning language are provided with one of our specially configured iPod for their use throughout the day. This gives them a fully changeable information source allowing them to take high quality tour information about each point of interest while actually viewing the attraction. Our tour guides are trained in identifying and assisting our customers who have notable language needs and are proactive in ensuring the customers’ needs are met. We’ve turned every Go West touring vehicle into a changeable Wii zone to make life even easier and more skillful for our guests. So if our guests want to find some information about their after destination or share the outstanding photos they’ve impartial taken with their family and friends via Facebook they can do it immediately. Also, areas of our depot are fitted with push timers to lessen energy waste. This recognition was awarded for our efforts in reducing waste, recycling water, encouraging energy efficiency, and offsetting fleet carbon emissions.
