The founding company developed the technology to manufacture plastic film, PVC and sheeting. During the Second World War J.J.Davies Sons Pt Ltd was a major supplier to the armed forces and later provider of PVC coated materials replacing rubber that was then in brief supply. Today our group is the largest importer and supplier of felt in the southern hemisphere with the largest range and stock holding. We believe these felts are of the uppermost quality and donate the largest range available. We bought rolls of self adhesive felt in 40mm widths to line the holders on our racks and keep the guns when on the racks. We recently resurrected some of these rolls which have survived abundant businesses and 30 years and are currently using them in a totally diverse application. Unbelievably they are honest as appropriate as they were 30 years ago. The felt is pristine and the adhesive is as good as ever. The properties of engineering felt can be controlled to provide different felt with characteristics ranging from soft, flexible padding to a hard stupid felt for polishing glass and metal. Engineering felt is primarily impaired in industrial situations where specific tolerance, thickness and quality are required. This is a tall grade, high density felt recommended for precision uses where maximum durability and resistance to wear is required.
